It is not possible to enter birthdays because as soon as this option is selected the application crashes. When data is actually saved, the next time you open the application, all information is lost and you have to start over - not good for this without an impeccable memory! Glad I did not download the paid version!

Ive been using this app for several years. I have several illnesses and need to track pain level and pain medicine. Also tracked fever. Fabulous app until .......I bought the new iPhone 6S. Now the app doesnt work. Can you fix it please. The only app that covers all of my needs. Please

This app doesnt work. Blank white bubble/box pops up then app freezes.

Open app, theres an add, then the calendar pops up and I literally cannot click anything. Its basically a picture of the app. No functionality at all.

If all that changes for $5 is the ads they can keep the paid version this one is juuust fine. It covers a lot of info.

This is an excellent, comprehensive illness/medication/symptom tracker app. About the only suggestion I have to improve it would be to add an alarm to remind me when to give our son his next dose of antibiotics. Because this is such a well designed app, when I have the $ to spare, Ill buy the full version to support the designers because they really did do a great job. Try the free app and see what you think. My understanding is that the only difference is the free version has ads, which I actually hadnt noticed til someone pointed it out, so theyre quite unobtrusive. Well done!

I love this...when it works. Ill enter something, save it, and then go back to add new info, and poof, it is gone! The whole point of this app is so you can enter info and let the app take care of remembering my health data! Apparently this has been a problem since last year, and in the full version too. I wont be buying the full version until I can be assured that will get fixed. 5 stars when this issue is resolved. I do love the ease of adding custom symptoms, and having logs for each member of the family.

Fantastic app for tracking symptoms and temperatures. Ive been using it in conjunction with Medi-Prompt; Medi-Prompt tracks medications better (gives alarms, etc for remembering meds). However, iHealthTrax fills in the gaps for tracking the illness itself better. It will make the next doctor appt more efficient!

Entered info disappears and reappears without any warning. Sometimes it comes back and sometimes it doesnt. When youre taking care of a sick child this app could literally be a life saver if it worked. Guess Ill stick to good ole pen and paper until its fixed.

I painfully added and saved info, only to have it NOT show up when I return to the app. This app is completely worthless.

Need to allow level of pain for each separate symptom not just everything on a whole as each symptom can have different levels of pain. This is very frustrating.....

Good app but would like to be able to add photos to the notes and additional notes along with the symptoms.

I was really hoping this would work well. Dont waste your time. I needed to track my daughters temp and meds. It deleted half of my information after one day. It was very important for me to have a log of this information. Thank goodness I wrote it down too!

Have used this app for over 1year and have experienced 2 resets.. Hopping the info will reappear tomorrow, like it has in the past features are good
