I loved the free app but paid and it now doesnt work

I loved the free app and used it for years with my kids. I got a new phone and downloaded it and it kept crashing so I downloaded the paid version and it just freezes. It wont let me put in any info and I have contacted the company with no response. I am mad and disappointed. When it worked, it was amazing. I really depended on it and now I cant use it. I wish they would just email me back and fix whatever is wrong so I can get what I paid for.
